Welcome to Gumtrends. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gumtrends and the services we offer. By purchasing a package or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Gumtrends is a product of Fort Industries Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom with company number 11422884.

1. Lifetime Access

When you purchase the "Lifetime Access" package, you are granted access to the dataset for an indefinite period, not literally for a lifetime. This access is exclusively via the Gumtrends website. Please note that we do not offer an option to download the dataset in any format, including but not limited to CSV or other file formats. This means you can view and interact with the version of the dataset available to you at the time of purchase for as long as Gumtrends remains operational. Should Gumtrends cease operations or shut down, the "Lifetime Access" will naturally conclude, and we will not be held accountable for continued access.

2. Renewal Discounts

We offer discounts for accessing updated versions of the dataset in the future. The specific discount amount and terms will be provided when updates are available.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share our dataset without explicit written permission.
Use the dataset for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. Gumtrends cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Gumtrends be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Gumtrends has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy for all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your access within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. This policy is applicable only to the initial purchase and does not cover any additional services or data usage incurred after the initial access.
